Monthly Rates
$699.00/Month 
$699.00/month with full hook-ups plus Electric.
A $350.00 DEPOSIT is required.

$10.00 Monthly Service Fee for Water.
Your RV must be 2010 or newer.
Pets $20.00. We do not except any aggressive breed dogs over the weight limit of 30 pounds and add a maximum of two.
